How to (not) resist change: Personal and organizational perspectives

Considering the challenges faced with resistance to change on an individual level, it is logical that managing change at an organizational level is even more complex.
Resistance to change is a very wide topic, but I will try to highlight a few key points – how to understand some of the reasons behind this resistance, as well as some solutions for organizations.
